We have two types of Memberships in the Minnesota Angel Investor Network:

• Members, who are Accredited Investors, and

• Associate Members, everyone else.

An Accredited Investor is someone with:

• Net worth over $1 million, excluding primary residence (individually or with spouse or partner) OR

• Income over $200,000 (individually) or $300,000 (with spouse or partner) in each of the prior two years, and reasonably expects the same for the current year

Both memberships get you:

• Access to statewide in-person and virtual pitch events, workshops, educational offerings, and resources.

• Access to all deals currently available to appropriate network members on our Gust platform (based on type of membership and type of investment).

• Monthly newsletter featuring the newest deals and asks of companies from across the region.

Accredited Investors get access to every deal on our platform for $499 per year. Not every company is willing or able to take non-accredited investors, so Associate Members have limited access to deals on our platform and a lower membership fee of $99 per year. ​​
